There are no structured events on Saturday. A few recommendations of places to visit in Memphis include the Civil Rights Museum (underwent a $25 million renovation in 2014), Crosstown Concourse, the New Bass Pro Shop, renovated Shelby Farms, or the Big River Crossing. Overton Square, Broad Avenue, Highland Strip, and the Cooper-Young district have evolved in the past decade and are great places to to explore.
If you are looking to make reservations for a group on Saturday night, restaurants to consider include any of the Central BBQ locations, Majestic Grille, Soul Fish Cafe, or Las Delicias.
