Online Re-Enrollment Instructions

Please allow at least twenty minutes to complete this process. It’s important that you read everything carefully. If you need to stop and return to the process later, you can save your progress and pick up where you left off. You may find it helpful to print the following, so that you can use it as a guide while completing the rest of the process.  

Information You Will Need

Before beginning, you should gather the information that you will need to complete the process. In addition to the obvious things like name, address, and phone numbers, you will need the following:

  • Birthdate
  • Previous school (if student is new to Harding)
  • Program selection (only if student will be in Little Harding)
  • LionCare, Ride Waiting, and bus transportation plans
  • Religion, tradition, and congregation information
  • Parent job information
  • Social Security numbers
  • Grandparent names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers
  • Emergency contact information
  • Medical information, doctor information, and insurance information
  • Immunization records (if student is new to Harding)
  • Custody documents (if student is new or if custody situation has changed)
  • Your email address. The email address at which you received this message is the primary email address in our system. If you attempt to log in with a different address, you will get an authentication error.

Confirming Data Accuracy

The intent of this system is to save you time by pre-populating information from our database so that you don’t have to fill in blank forms every year. During this first year, however, we are asking that you not assume that the information is accurate. Even if a field already contains data, please review it and correct it.    

If you have two or more students enrolled, you will need to enroll each student separately. Note, however, that data corrections applied to the first student will carry over to subsequent students. So very close attention to the first record will save you time on the remaining records.

About the Packets

Like the previous paper process, the online process uses packets of forms. There are two types of packets. The primary packet must be completed by a custodial parent or guardian who has the authority to sign the contract and provide updates on student and household information. This is typically a person with whom the student lives. A secondary packet may be necessary if authorizations are required from a second parent or guardian who lives at a different address. You are receiving this message because Harding perceives you to be the parent or guardian appropriate for the completion of the primary packet. If this is not the case, please contact the admissions office at 901-767-4494.

Create a ParentsWeb Login

ParentsWeb is the parent portal for Harding’s RenWeb student information system. In order to complete this process (and to access your student’s information throughout the year), you will need a ParentsWeb login. If you have already created a ParentsWeb login, skip to the Access Your Re/enrollment Packet section.

If you have forgotten your ParentsWeb credentials, follow the instructions below, but instead of Create New ParentsWeb Account, select Forgot Username/Password? and follow the prompts.

To create a new ParentsWeb login, follow these steps:

  • Decide what you will use as your username and password. Be aware that these credentials can be used to access all of your student’s information. Make the password appropriately robust. Do not use credentials that you have used for any other site.
  • Scroll to the bottom of this page and select the RenWeb link. It’s in the Quick Links section at the bottom of each page on this site.
  • At the ParentsWeb login screen, select Create New ParentsWeb Account.
  • Enter HD-TN into the District Code field.
  • Into the Email field, enter the email address that you provided when you applied to Harding.
  • Select Create Account.
  • You should then receive from RenWeb Customer Support an email message containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. To maintain security, the link will expire after six hours.
  • The email link should take you to a Change/Create Password screen. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields. RenWeb will provide a possible username. You may use it or the username that you chose for yourself (as long as it is not in use by another RenWeb user).
  • Select Save Username and/or Password.
  • Close the window.

Access Your Re/enrollment Packet

  • Scroll to the bottom of this page and select the RenWeb link. It’s in the Quick Links section at the bottom of each page on this site.
  • Enter your ParentsWeb username and password, and select Login.
  • After logging in, select Family Information.
  • Select Enrollment/Reenrollment.
  • The online enrollment system will open and present a link to the enrollment packet for your student. Select that link.
  • The packet should open to the Instructions page. Please read and follow those instructions carefully. As with this letter, you may wish to print the Instructions page so that you can use it as a guide for the rest of the process.
