Harding Academy Art Show

April 1st, 2008

Please join us for the Harding Academy Art Show on Tuesday, April 22nd from 6:00 to 8:00. The art of over 80 students will be on display as well as 10 senior portfolios. You can vote for your favorites! The show is held each year in April above Sisson Gym. We’ve had as many has 500 people attend to see the incredible work of our students in past years. Paintings, drawings, ceramics, sculptures, digital imagery and other mediums are represented in this exciting show. Everyone is invited and plenty of food is here for the taking. Please come and support our talented students!

This is a special year for Harding! A total of twelve awards were given this year….the most Gold Keys for any private school in the mid-south!

ART CLUB

The art club met for its first meeting of the 2007-2008 school year to vote for this years officers. They are as follows:

The Art Club meets at least once each quarter after school to enjoy visits and demonstrations by working professional artists, some locally known, and some nationally and internationally recognized. Want to join? Dues are $10….see Mrs. Smith.
