A Quick Lakeland Update May 8, 2008
We are making progress as we go through a very structured process required to gain approval of our campus/building plans in Lakeland. Our architects have told us that the Lakeland Road Use Study should be completed this week. Harding will assess the impact of the study on our development and then begin our own city-directed traffic study specific to our development. Architectural design development of the campus is continuing. We plan to begin the campus/building plan review process at Lakeland City Hall in mid-summer. There are three separate Lakeland commission boards that will have to approve our plans. When the first Lakeland board gives its approval, we will present the plans to the second board for approval.
