Financial Assistance

We understand the life-changing value of an excellent, Christ-centered education. We also know that investing in a Christian education can be challenging. We are committed to making Harding Academy accessible and affordable for families with demonstrated financial need.

NOTE: Funding for the 2017–2018 academic year has been depleted. We will begin accepting applications for the 2018–2019 academic year in mid-January, 2018. Please read the following information to acquaint yourselves with the process and priority deadlines.

The goal of the Harding Academy Financial Assistance Program is to provide assistance to help our families with tuition payments for their students in senior kindergarten through twelfth grade. (Financial Assistance is not available for Little Harding: 18 months through junior kindergarten.) Assistance is provided for families with a demonstrated financial need, as determined by an independent, third party provider. Harding uses FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment service as our third party provider. FACTS provides a confidential, objective assessment of financial need based on information provided by families and verified through supporting documentation and public records. All phases of the application process, including the submission of supporting documents, is managed online. You will not submit any part of your application or supporting documentation to Harding Academy.

Applications will be accepted by FACTS beginning January 17, 2018, for current families and prospective families. ONLY completed applications with all supporting documentation uploaded for current students who are re-enrolled with a current business office balance and new students who have been accepted for admission at Harding Academy will be considered for financial assistance awards. Current families, who have not yet re-enrolled but intend to apply for financial assistance, should submit their completed financial assistance applications by March 1, 2018 in order to receive priority consideration at the point their student(s) are re-enrolled.

Prospective students should also submit completed financial assistance applications by March 1 in order to receive priority consideration once they are accepted for admission. Please email the admissions office or call (901) 767-4494 if you need to to start or complete the admissions process.

For priority consideration, the deadline to submit completed applications is March 1. Families will be notified of awards beginning in April. Please be aware that tuition assistance awards are time sensitive. Applications for tuition assistance will continue to be accepted after March 1 for the upcoming school year; however, after March 1, applications will be processed on a rolling basis and are subject to additional limitations based on available funding.
