SMART Boards added to several classes this fall will enhance instruction by creating a more interactive environment. Students are attracted to this technology for many reasons. The use of color and interaction with the internet bring information to immediate use. It also accommodates different types of students: visual learners respond well to the visual projection elements, while tactile learners benefit from going up front and interacting with the board. Teachers also enjoy the ease of use and are looking forward to the creative expansion of classroom presentations.
