Preparing for the Next Step

One of the most exciting times in the life of a high school student is preparing for college. We equip students with the tools they need to navigate this ever-changing and competitive process. Our counseling office offers individual and group meetings, visits with college representatives, advises on SAT and ACT, and assists with applications, essays, interviews, and scholarships.

College Entrance Exam Information

Students are required to take the ACT in order to graduate from Harding Academy and are strongly encouraged to take the SAT. Students are responsible for checking with their colleges of interest to determine if either test is preferred or if the writing portion of these exams is required. ACT and SAT practice books are available in the college counseling office.

Our school code is 431 417.
